To completely remove the app do the following:

1. click Apps in the left menu in Shopify admin panel;
2. go to Apps and sales channel settings;
3. click Uninstall link near the app;
4. select a reason in the uninstall pop-up (optional);
5. click Uninstall button.

Once it’s done all the app’s widgets will be removed from all the themes.

<aside> 💡 Note that if you customized your themes or manually added the code of the app to your themes, this code should be removed manually. If you need our help with this, just drop us a line and we will assist you.

If you want to temporary remove the app from the storefront, consider deactivating it instead.
