All option types in the app can be divided into four main categories: Single select, Multi select, Input, and Content.

The first three categories require customer interaction:

Single select — the customer selects one value from a list of available choices.
Multi select — the customer can select several values within the same option.
Input — the customer provides their own information, such as text, a number, phone number, date, or another type of input.

Content options work differently. They do not require any action from the customer and are used to add supporting content or structure to the product page — for example, text, spacing, visual separators, size guides, links, and other informational elements.
