The app widget doesn’t appear in the cart

If you set up the app, but the app widget doesn’t appear on the front end when you test it, please do the following:

If the theme is non-standard, the app’s <div> tag may fail to get integrated automatically. If you have the expertise, you can insert the <div> tag below into the cart page liquid template. As a rule, it is placed below the Subtotal block.

The app may also fail to get integrated automatically if the theme is highly customized or due to code conflicts with external apps and scripts working in the cart. Please address our support team immediately and we will configure the app for you.
