Our app can add a fee based on a payment method during checkout. However, due to Shopify’s current restrictions, adding fees directly on the checkout page (based on the payment method entered) is only possible for Shopify Plus stores.
Unfortunately, for non-Plus stores, Shopify doesn’t allow adding such payment-specific fees at checkout.
