Yes, the app is integrated with the POS sales channel. POS-based fees need to be created separately.
To apply this fee in Shopify POS, complete the following steps:
Enable the app for the POS sales channel
Point of Sale channel → Settings → POS apps → UpCharge: Surcharges → Add
If you're using a cart fee, make sure the "Additional fees" product is available in Shopify POS
Open the "Additional fees" product and add the Point of Sale sales channel in the Publishing section.
