If you installed the app and would like to test it out and see it in action, you can create a test order. The guide can be found here.

The selected date/time info will be added to the “Additional details” section of the Order admin backend.

Most frequent reasons that prevent data from being added to Orders:

  1. The order was submitted with the express checkout button on the product page The app is integrated with the default “Buy It Now” button only so far. Other express checkout buttons connected to specific payment providers (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, etc.) are not supported.
  2. Selecting a date/time is not required If the Delivery/pickup selection is not set as required in the app Settings, a client may simply skip the selection and proceed to the Checkout.

  1. App conflicts with external apps/scripts Some third-party apps also interact with the Checkout button. As a result, the external events assigned to the button can block our events and prevent the data from being passed to the Checkout upon the button click. Also, they can redirect to the Checkout without selecting a date/time even if it’s required.
