Buy X Get Y Free (same products) offers are promotions where purchasing one or several items (X) allows customers to get same item(s) (Y) for free. It’s a strategy often used to increase sales, clear inventory, or introduce new products, enhancing value for customers. Examples include "Buy One, Get One Free" or "Buy 2, Get 1 free”.

To create a bundle offer click the Create offer button and choose BuyX Get Y Free (same products).

Offer name

Internal name of your offer.

Apply to

Here, you can select a product that you want to offer for. You can add the product either manually or choose a collection. In this case, the offer will be applied to all products of the collection.

Deals

Here, you can create discount offers themselves - Deals. You can create an unlimited number of deals.

First, you need to specify the X number of product, purchasing which a shopper will get the Y quantity of the same product for free.

To keep the option for your shoppers to still purchase a single quantity, we recommend to keep the first deal as “Buy 1 get 0”. Such deal will be shown as a single purchase on the storefront.

For each deal you can specify:

• Label - these labels help capture customer attention and provide quick information about the nature of the promotion. For example, “Standard”, “Most popular”, “Best saving”, etc.
• Title - normally, it reflects the QTY of units the deal works for. For example, “Single”, “Duo”, “Trio”, etc.
• Subtitle - it might be useful if you need to add more details for a deal.
• Discount badge - a discount label to make it easy for customers to identify the value of a deal. For example, 15% OFF, 20% OFF, etc.

You can also decide whether one of the deals should be selected by default on a product page.
